My Cigar Shelf

A shelf app by Nisshagen Advisory

In development · not yet released

Your humidor, catalogued to the stick.

My Cigar Shelf keeps a proper record of a cigar collection: what is resting, how long each one has been down, when it reaches its window, and how it scored when you finally got to it. It is being built now. If you want it, say so. That is what decides whether it ships.

Four things, done properly

Built around the way a collection actually behaves: boxes come in, stock rests, records accumulate.

01

The humidor, box by box

Vitola, wrapper, factory name, box code, count, where it came from and what it cost. Singles and full boxes are tracked separately, and a box split across two humidors still reconciles to one purchase.

02

Rest time, counted for you

Every cigar carries the date it went down. The shelf shows what is still settling, what has reached the window you set for that make, and what has been sitting well past it.

03

A shortlist, not a catalogue

Filter the humidor down to the stock that is actually ready: rest window reached, in the ring gauge, length and strength you are looking for. The collection narrows to three or four entries instead of two hundred rows to read through.

04

Notes worth keeping

A record for each one: score, draw, construction, burn, the coffee or spirit alongside it, and where the flavour went. Over a year the log becomes your own buying reference.

A box goes down. The clock starts.

From that day the shelf counts for you: what is still settling, what has reached the window you set, and what has been sitting well past it.

If a humidor spreadsheet sounds familiar

That is the gap this is meant to close. Leave an address and you will hear once, when it is worth hearing about.
