1. Who We Are

My Cigar Shelf is a project of Nisshagen Advisory AB (Org.nr 559526-6742), a company registered in Stockholm, Sweden. References to "we", "us", or "our" in these terms refer to Nisshagen Advisory AB.

2. What This Site Is

This site describes an application that is in development and has not been released. Nothing on it is an offer, a commitment to build or release anything, a guarantee of any feature, date or price, or a contract of any kind. Descriptions of intended functionality may change substantially or be abandoned.

There are no accounts on this site, no purchases, no downloads, and no user-submitted content beyond the email address you choose to give us.

3. Age Requirement

This site concerns cigar collections and is intended solely for adults who are 21 or over, or of legal age to purchase tobacco products in their country of residence. By using the site or submitting your email address, you confirm that you meet that requirement. We do not sell tobacco products and nothing here should be read as an inducement to use them.

4. The Interest List

If you submit your email address and tick the consent box, we add it to a list so that we can contact you once, if and when there is something to test. We do not send newsletters, we do not share or sell the list, and we do not pass your address to any third party for marketing.

You may have your entry removed at any time by emailing us. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail on what we store, why, and for how long.

You must submit only an email address that is yours or that you are authorised to use. Do not submit anyone else's address.

5. What You Cannot Do

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading or automated sign-ups, or otherwise abuse the form
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or its database
• Use automated tools to scrape, overload, or probe the site
• Copy or reproduce the site's design, text, or branding without written permission

6. Intellectual Property

My Cigar Shelf, including the site's design, code, copy and branding, is owned by Nisshagen Advisory AB. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is accurate or current. Any statement about a future product is a statement of present intention only.

Nothing on this site is health, legal, or financial advice. Tobacco products carry serious health risks, and their sale and use are regulated differently in every country; complying with the law where you live is your responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Swedish law, Nisshagen Advisory AB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from any reliance on statements about an unreleased product.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will publish the updated version here and update the version number and effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after that constitutes acceptance.

If an app is released, it will be governed by its own terms, which you will be asked to accept at that point.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes will be resolved in Swedish courts. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country.
