La Palina

U.S.A. · est. 1896

Samuel Paley founded La Palina in 1896 and named it for his wife; his son William built the profits into what became CBS, and the cigar brand disappeared. Bill Paley, the grandson, revived it in 2010. The top line, Goldie, is rolled at El Titan de Bronze in Miami by a small group of women trained in the Cuban galera system, and is named after Samuel's wife Goldie.
